18+ only

The Fonske Crawl is an adults-only event. Spirits and shots are served to people aged 18 and over only. Bring valid ID — bars will ask, and so will your host.

Respect the bars and the city

Our route exists because Leuven's bar owners let us in. Be decent to staff, other guests and neighbours. Keep the noise down between stops, keep the streets clean, and don't take glasses outside.

Right to refuse entry

Anyone under 18 will be refused at the door, even with a valid ticket. In that case there is no refund. Always bring valid ID — without it your participation can be refused. Your host can also refuse or end your participation without refund if you are excessively intoxicated, aggressive, discriminatory or unsafe to yourself or others. Bar staff always have the final say at their door.

Alcohol-free participation

You are very welcome to join without drinking alcohol. Tell your host and every shot becomes a soft alternative at the same price.

Minimum group size, rebooking and refunds

Each date needs a minimum number of confirmed crawlers. If that minimum is not reached 48 hours before the crawl, we cancel the date and you choose: a free rebooking to any other date, or a full refund of your ticket.

Can't make it yourself? Let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we move you to another date free of charge. Later than that, your spot is non-refundable.

Your own responsibility

You take part at your own risk. The Fonske Crawl is not liable for lost belongings, personal injury or anything you decide to do after the fourth shot. Follow local law and your host's instructions.

Photos

We take photos during the crawl and may use them on our website and socials. Tell your host if you'd rather not be photographed and we'll respect that.
