What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, email address, optionally your phone number, group size, preferred date, occasion, your message, your age confirmation and your language choice.
Why we use it
Solely to organise and communicate about crawls: confirming your spot, sending practical info and the WhatsApp group invite, answering group requests and letting you know when a date is confirmed or cancelled. We do not sell your data and we do not send unrelated marketing.
Legal basis
Performance of the agreement when you sign up for a crawl, and our legitimate interest in answering your request when you contact us.
How long we keep it
Signup and request data is kept for a maximum of 24 months after the crawl or the last contact, then deleted.
Who can see it
Only our own team and the service providers that host our website, database and email delivery. They process data on our instructions only.
Cookies
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Your language choice is stored locally in your browser.
Your GDPR rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to its use, at any time by mailing info@fonskecrawl.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
